To help us continually improve the service we provide to you, we're asking customers to share their thoughts on Helpful Banking in the NatWest Feedback Booth located at Kingston Market Place branch. It's your chance to tell us about how we've helped you and times when we could have done more. Alternatively if you can't make it to our in-branch booth to record your suggestions, you can leave comments using the form below.
Every day we'll be gathering customer feedback from around the country and in the coming weeks we'll be posting videos from our customers here, as well as the steps we're taking to act upon your suggestions.
In order to continue improving our service we want to know what Helpful Banking means to our customers.
The NatWest Feedback Booth will be located at the Kingston Market Place branch from 17 October to 16 November.
Customers will be invited to step into the booth to provide their thoughts and comments on the help and service that NatWest provides. Once in the booth a touch screen monitor will display a few simple questions and then video record your answers when you start speaking.
